He began his coaching career in 2009 and has been fortunate to do so at several esteemed clubs (Oviinbyrd Golf Club, McArthur Golf Club (Jupiter, FL), Muskoka Bay Club, Maple Downs Golf & Country Club, Emerald Hills Golf club, Brampton Golf Club, and the Henry Brunton Golf Academy at Eagles Nest).

Andrew Day, a seasoned professional, has devoted 35 years of his life to the pursuit of golf excellence. Growing up in a family of golf enthusiasts, he was introduced to the sport by his father, a PGA of Canada professional, igniting his passion for the game.

A PGA of Canada Class "A" member for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Sligo Wear golf apparel brand Shawn spent his time instructing golf at the world renowned The Pulpit Club in Caledon, Ontario under the mentorship of PGA of Canada Hall of Fame member Ben Kern. Shawn enjoys passing on his passion and knowledge of the game to everyone he teaches regardless of experience or age.
